My mom woke me up around 10:30 that morning. Once I was up, I remember going onto iTunes to make a CD so I could play it on the way to purchasing the real thing! I put the CD into the car and said to my mom, "Are you ready? >8{}" and she goes, "Let it BEGIN. O_O" LOL.
Then listened to it the entire drive! First, I went to Best Buy, then Target, then Barnes & Noble. I first saw BEGIN. at Barnes & Noble, but I figured that another store would have it, so I left without the CD in hand. Then after we left, we checked FYE and Sears to see if they had his CD, but neither of them had it in store. After that, we drove a ways down the road to see if the closest Walmart had it in store, but no such luck. My mom and I went up to one of the ladies that worked there and asked if she knew if they had BEGIN. in store. She replied with "David Archu....... what? o_O" And then she asked the manager there and she said, "Is it a Spanish album? O_O" over and over. I think she said Archuleta like 'Archuloota' though LOL. So it turned out they didn't have him either. But I was determined to get one the day of its' release! So my mom and I headed back to Barns & Noble to pick up the one they had there. So finally I had it in hand! I couldn't believe it! Crazy, we had to go to SIX stores, but only one had any.
We listened to the album on the entire ride home! Then blared it for the rest of the day! I also had so much ODD too. We passed some sign that said Beautiful :D Also, when we went to the mall some guy had that striped shirt David has, the one he wore in Asia that's turquoise. I thought that was cool! Then some OTD, someone's plate said SF heh.
It was an AMAZING day :)
